Recommended Action
Staff recommends the Traffic and Transportation Commission receive a presentation from the City Attorney on open meeting laws, Public Records Act, conflict of interest rules, and Claremont’s Elected and Appointed Officials’ Handbook, and ask clarifying questions. The presentation will last approximately 20 minutes.
