REVISIONS TO THE TEEN COMMITTEE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

SUMMARY
The Teen Committee’s Policies and Procedures have been revised to reflect changes in the timing of officer selection. Previously, the selection of the Chair and Vice Chair occurred in May. Moving forward, these selections will take place in September, following the completion of the summer recruitment period. This change will ensure that the Chair and Vice Chair are elected by members of the Committee from the current school year. In addition to this adjustment, several minor updates have also been made to the Attachment.
RECOMMENDATION
Recommended Action
Staff recommends the Community and Human Services Commission approve the revised Teen Committee Policies and Procedures.
