SUMMARY
The applicant, Trumark Homes is requesting City Council approval of a proposed development consisting of 55 single-family detached homes and associated access, circulation, infrastructure, and landscape improvements. This project will not encroach in or otherwise impact any part of the La Puerta Sports Park. Each of the 55 new homes will be two stories tall and include a two-car garage, driveway, and private yard. The project density is approximately 6 dwelling units per acre. Six of the homes will also include attached accessory dwelling units (ADUs).
